So many great vendors inside the Windmill in Carlsbad, but this time we were there for breakfast and the only ones open were the coffee and Mexican (same owners).  Great birria and breakfast tacos!  And their coffee is so smooth and you can customize your lattes to your liking.

Notorious BBQ has smoked meats as sandwiches, plates, and sliders. Their Baked Beans were the best side! Inside Windmill Food Hall across from the beautiful flower fields.

Mediterranean House in Carlsbad Windmill Food Hall has vegetarian and healthy options while hanging out by the flower fields. Reasonable prices, very fresh pita bread, and a satisfying portion!
