The Witherby just opened, and I am already impressed. Set inside a restored 1886 hotel, it’s warm, elegant, and full of character.

We started with the grilled octopus, then moved on to the tender beef cheek with warm naan and curry oil, plus the Faroe Islands salmon with coconut carrot purée, and the deconstructed duck pot pie.
