In 2013 Wooden Paddle opened as a carryout & delivery restaurant in Orland Park. The next year we added on our first mobile wood-fired oven. Since then figured out that our product is best experienced at either one of our mobile catering events or in person. In 2017 we decided to leave Orland Park for a new space with dining in downtown Lemont.
