For some of the best ramen that Oceanside has to offer, I recommend The Ramen Tap House located in the Plaza Del Oro Shopping Center, just off the 76 Hwy.

They have a quaint and trendy ambiance and they placed a lot of care into their anime mural. 

But their ramen is what shines the most!
There are so many styles & varieties!
There's a lot more to their menu too!
