New tea place to check out in Stevenson Ranch located next to Urban Cafe! I went with a Black Yea Latte with light boba & 70% sweet. It was good but a tad milky for me. My friend got the Oolong Tea latte which she liked. 

Next time I am going to try their #1 seller the Brown Sugar Tea with boba.

A boba place that focuses on Taiwan based teas. A limited selection of different teas but they do have milk fruit and yogurt based options. I got the oolong tea with 50% sweetness, oat milk and the recommended boba. I would suggest to get less for next time! The oolong tea was creamy and had a really good flavor.
