Xibei Dumplings offers a unique take on steamed and pan fried dumplings. The dumpling wrappers resembled a mix between shumai and big money bag. The also serve a variety of appetizers, noodle and rice dishes.

The crystal cold noodle was chewy and refreshing, with sesame sauce adding nuttiness and depth. The popcorn chicken was crisp and flavorful, a solid choice. The beef oat noodle, however, fell short, with a sauce that tasted like pasta meat sauce and noodles that lacked texture, making the dish unbalanced.
