My boyfriend and I tried a new pho place close to his house on a whim because I was craving soup which brought us to Xin Chào Eatery 🇻🇳🍜

The pho broth was comparable to places near Convoy which is saying a lot! I didn’t try the short rib but it looked like it had a lot of bones.  The egg rolls however were piping hot, fresh, and flavorful 😋
