Tucked away down a discreet alley in Chinatown's Canal Arcade is this newly Michelin Guide recommended gem.  The secret kaiseki experience you didn't know you needed-meticulously prepared to highlight seasonal ingredients, with each course showcasing a different cooking method (e.g. grilled, simmered, sashimi, steamed, etc).  Ten course. Ten seats. Two seatings per night. If you've never had Soy Sauce Ice Cream, definitely put that on your must try list.
