I've been a regular at Yamazaki Bakery for years, mainly for their bread loaves. The Japanese thick-cut toasts they make, bring back some childhood memories for me. They've got other baked goods and pastries that are pretty tasty too. Watch this till the end and you will see what my husband whipped up with their bread! They also have andagi and japanese fruit sandwiches that you can't really get anywhere else in LA!
