We had the chef cut combo and large intestine this time. Their banchan is super unique and tasty—especially the beef one, not sure what it’s called. They keep their house sauce/paste on the grill , and it goes so well with beef, cilantro, and rice paper, so does the other minced meat paste (not sure what’s the name). The sweet dipping sauce for the intestine is amazing. Side dishes were great as always but noticed the quality of the intestines combo was not as good as before. They were kind enough to provide replacement for one item but as we were eating other meat, noticed they were not as fresh and too rubbery. When I was walking out? I noticed that most of the customers were eating regular meat than intestines. yangmani is know for intestines before but I guess not anymore.
