This has one of the best variety of offerings of all of the malatang places that I have been to, especially as someone who enjoys organ meats. A lot of sauces to customise the experience with. I like the mellow dry mix, which is not too overwhelming of a flavour profile nor too salty nor too oily. Great value for 1lb of food, though I did go overboard this time with 1.5lb (I didn’t even finish half lol). You really do get more food when you’re hungry.

You can pick as many ingredients as you want for your hot pot and then choose a soup base, then they cook for you, which is cool but then I am not sure about the value though.

A very good place for malatang. They are priced by weight and you can add anything in the bowl, then choose the broth. I really love the flavor! The servers are super nice and have good recommendations.
