Yintang is one of my favorite spots to get DIY hotpot because they have delicious soup broths and dry spice mixes! Fill up your bowl with your favorite ingredients and let them do all the cooking in the back!

Pay by the pound hot pot located in Convoy! This is a little hole in the wall restaurant that is really good and has a huge variety of options. The portions are huge for what you get. Definitely worth the price and value

This place is fun to build your own personal hot pot or dry pot bowl. There is a buffet of ingredients like noodles, meats, veggies, and small fish balls that you get to choose from and put into a bowl. They then weigh your bowl for $13.99/lb. They'll then cook it for you and then serve it based on your table and number.

Hot pot is definitely one of my favorite foods during these cold winter days. Unlike most traditional hot pots where the items are fixed, here you get to select your own and pick as much as you want. Once you pick your ingredients, select your broth and they will cook everything for you. The soup was definitely better than most places. It was rich, creamy, and complements well with the noodles! Definitely get here early as the line can be long.
