We actually first learned about Zaap Kitchen about a year before we moved to DFW. We drove over an hour to Dallas just to try it, and it became one of our favorites. As of a few weeks ago, we are blessed to have them open a new location in our own neighborhood on Fitzhugh and we absolutely had to stop by!

This time we got their Crispy Zaap Wings, Dancing Garlic Riblets, Sizzling Lao Sausage, Lao Style Papaya Salad, Pad Kee Mao (Drunken Noodles), and Khao Poon-Chicken soup.
