A new modern Chinese restaurant that is worth the hype in Austin, TX. Zoé Tong brings Chinese cuisine and local Texas ingredients together to create a unique spin on Chinese dishes with great flavors all around. From small to large plates, and spicy to non-spicy items, this is a versatile setting with an energized atmosphere, great for casual or special occasions. P.S. Don’t sleep on dessert- that soft serve 😍!

Modern Chinese spot Zoe Tong just launched a NEW brunch menu last month and there’s something for everyone. My favorites were the Zoe’s eggs benedict with a tangy yuzu hollandiase sauce on a puffy toast, and the dan dan noodles with a fair level of Sichuan peppercorn spice 🔥. They source their produce locally via @farmtotabletx and use @vitalfarms eggs 🍳 in their brunch items.

New modern chinese in atx! The dumplings, cold sesame noodles and scallion swirls were incredible!!
