Franki Community Guidelines

Originality: Only share content that you own. Do not post anything you've copied from others or collected from the internet without proper rights.

Honesty: Post authentic and factually correct content that reflects your genuine experiences.

Respectful Material: Ensure your posts are suitable for a diverse audience. We do not allow nudity, sexual content, or any form of explicit material.

Prohibited Content: Do not post content that supports or praises terrorism, organized crime, or hate groups. Offering sexual services, buying or selling firearms, and illegal or prescription drugs (even if legal in your region) is prohibited.

Hate Speech and Harassment: It's never acceptable to encourage violence or attack anyone based on race, ethnicity, national origin, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, religious affiliation, disabilities, or disease.

No Spam or Fake Engagement: Help us stay spam-free by not artificially collecting likes, followers, or shares. Do not post repetitive comments or content, or repeatedly contact people for commercial purposes without their consent.

Authentic Relationships: Engage with the community in meaningful ways that reflect honest experiences.

Legal Compliance: Follow all relevant laws in your area. Do not promote the abuse or illegal use of drugs and alcohol.

Protect Minors: Do not include minors in your content without consent. We have zero tolerance for sharing sexual content involving minors or threatening to post intimate images of others.

Personal Information: Do not share personal or confidential information about others without their permission.

Harassment and Bullying: We remove content that contains threats, harassment, or bullying. Repeated unwanted messages and content intended to degrade or shame private individuals are prohibited.

Reporting Violations: If you see something that violates our guidelines, please report it using the app's built-in tools or email us at support@befranki.com. Provide as much information as possible to help us review it quickly.

Community Resolution: Many disputes can be resolved directly. If someone has posted your photo or video, consider asking them to remove it before reporting.

Content You Dislike: If you come across content you don't like but that doesn't violate our guidelines, you can unfollow or block the user.

Honest Reviews: Post genuine reviews based on your own experiences.

Payable Reviews: Franki has sole discretion to decide whether videos eligible for rewards will receive payout. Reviews eligible for rewards must meet the following criteria:

1. Videos must Include clips of the food and/or the drinks, and the ambience of the restaurant or business
2. Videos must fit the dimensions of the screen, which is currently vertical mode, or 9x16.
3. Videos must be of restaurants, bars, cafes, delis, etc. as well as entertainment venues. We will not reward for other locations, including but not limited to grocery stores, retail stores, lifestyle facilities such as spas and the like, and outdoor spaces such as parks, beaches, etc.
4. Video must be at least 5 seconds, and include more than one clip.
5. Video posts must include a caption.
6. Video must be edited in at least one way, including but not limited to adding voice-over, adding music, adding text on screen, adding transitions, and using more than one clip.

Removal Policy: Reviews, positive or negative, will not be removed simply at the request of a business owner. They may only be removed if they violate our Terms of Use and these Community Guidelines, at Franki’s sole discretion.

Policy Enforcement: We may remove content or disable accounts that violate our guidelines.

Law Enforcement: We may work with law enforcement when we believe there's a risk of physical harm or threat to public safety.
