Steps to reporting an inappropriate video
Unfortunately, there are some bad people in the world that want to ruin a good thing. If you find something offensive and that violates our terms of use, you can flag it as inappropriate to take it down for us to review it and make take the necessary action.
- Open your app
- Find the inappropriate video
- Tap the ellipses icon
- Tap the Flag button
Upon a success message, the video will be removed in the app and we will review it and take the necessary action. Thanks for letting us know!
Steps to block or unblock someone
To block someone:
- Tap the ellipses menu on the user profile
- Tap block
To unblock someone:
- Go to settings
- Blocked users
- Tap unblock
After you block someone, their likes and comments aren’t removed from your photos and videos. People aren’t notified when you block them.
Report bullying
People make comments on social media that they may not say to someone face to face. These comments on social media can be just as damaging as any other form of bullying. Cyber-bullying can be hurtful and in some circumstances it can also be a criminal act. You can report bullying and harassment through the Help Center.
Exposed private information
Posting private and confidential information is a violation of our Terms of Use. If someone has posted your private information on franki we recommend you contact that person directly to ask them to take it down. If someone contacts you to request that you remove their private information, we ask that you respect their privacy and remove the content.
Franki account has been hacked
If you think your account has been hacked there are actions you can take to secure your account, please visit the Help Center for more information.
Tips for keeping your Franki account secure
We recommend you:
- Never click on suspicious messages or links
- Use unique, complex passwords for all your accounts
- Don’t post any identity information or personal details that might allow a hacker to guess your security questions
- Never log in to your social accounts while using public Wi-Fi as these networks are often unsecured.
