Aeirloom promises a passion to provide a vibrant, delicious and conscious experience, where sustainability, organics and a loving food interaction is at the root of our philosophy. We firmly believe in non-genetically modified ingredients, organic farming practices and the conscious and humane treatment of animals. Our belief is that food should not only mingle with all your sense but it should also leave you feeling physically fulfilled and energized. We envisioned a cottage style communal establishment with a gourmet artisan based food menu, fusing flavors from the Mediterranean and selected regions based on our unique worldly outlook.
