CHEF OWNED and operated! Gluten-free friendly, unique rye selection! Experience Southern-style cuisine with a special focus on gluten-free fried chicken. We proudly use Mary’s free-range chicken, which is GMO and hormone-free. Our chicken undergoes an 18-hour brine, followed by a buttermilk bath and a coating of Bob’s Red Mill Gluten-Free Organic Flour blended with our unique spices.
