About Us

We bring specialty coffee and house-made baked items together, in a little oasis that we've created for you, so that you can have a wonderful coffee experience while you work or relax. We proudly use Slow Bloom coffee beans in all of our offerings. Slow Bloom is a cooperative that ethically sources and purchases the very best coffee from around the world—and provides transparent labeling, which traces the coffee's journey from farm to cup.   We typically serve their "Arm in Arm" roast, which is a blend of washed Guatemalan coffee and natural Ethiopian coffee, farmed in community lots. This magical blend results in a delightful balance of the berry sweetness of an Ethiopian coffee, and the milk chocolate of a Guatemalan coffee—two coffees, you could say, that comfortably march together "arm in arm." We also bake a rotating variety of delicious items each day: muffins, cookies, scones, cinnamon rolls, cake donuts, cupcakes etc. Established in 2024. Bliss Coffee is a 100% plan
