About Us

Breakfast House is open 7 days a week. As a favorite Chicagoan spot to enjoy the most important meal of the day, we make sure all of the ingredients are fresh and each dish is perfectly made. Our menu is served until 3 pm, and includes signature items like our Breakfast House Hash as well as our delicious pancakes. We serve our own blend of Intelligentsia roasted coffee and can whip up a tasty latte or cappuccino. We also offer fresh-squeezed juices and tasty, iced drinks like our Organic Soy Horchata that can be enjoyed on any of our patios. Established in 2012. Jaime Jara is the owner and chef of Breakfast House. He's been working in the restaurant industry in Chicago ever since he arrived from Ecuador. After 10 years of working in the kitchen, he decided to create a restaurant with a neighborhood feel, a place where you can come with family, friends, or by yourself to enjoy a variety of delicious, home cooked menu items and interact with friendly staff.
