At Canta Napoli Pizzeria we invite you to a pizza experience born centuries ago in Naples, Italy, where food is crafted with skill, care, and the freshest ingredients. The best Italian food has always been made with what's available locally. We take that tradition to heart and change our menus frequently depending on what our network of farmers have available. Steeped in centuries of tradition, our wood-fired oven is a testimony to the truth, beauty, and goodness of open hearth cooking. There is no disguising the purity and authenticity of nature's finest ingredients cooked next to a roaring fire. Taken from the field to the hearth, foods are able to maintain their individual characteristics.
