About Us

We wanted to just do waffles -- really amazing waffles! Waffles is the newest addition to the dining scene in Chicago's bustling New South Loop. We have a 2,300 square foot space that feels intimate but also bright and fast-paced. Waffles is a great place for breakfast, lunch, or brunch seven days a week. We pride ourselves on our featured namesake, our waffles, but that's not all we've got cooking! Check out our delightful egg dishes like the Waffle Benedict which serves up slow roasted pork shoulder with Liege waffles, poached eggs, and aleppo hollandaise sauce. We also wanted to offer some amazing sandwiches great for weekday lunch or weekend brunch: Come taste the Cuban, the BLT, the 8oz. Burger with Waffle fries, and the Braised short rib sandwich. We've got fun stuff for kids too, like Hot Dogs and Grilled Cheese.
