Costa Grande brings a taste of Mexico right into your palate. All of our dishes are prepared and made in house. Established in 2013. Since February 1st 2013 Costa Grande has been under new management. Business owner information Louis H. Business Owner Louis Hernandez is a Chef, received his culinary degree from the Art Institute of Los Angeles. Spent 6 years in top brand hotel restaurants like the Ritz Carlton in Miami and Raffles L' Ernitage in Beverly Hills. On February 2013 Louis took over his first restaurant Costa Grande.
