D'Carlos is a family owned Steak house in Ramona serving USDA CHOICE beef and a number of famous family recipes you won't find anywhere else. D'Carlos quality, pricing, and service have made it the go to spot for the locals. This is also a great place to stop and have lunch or dinner while on your way to or from San Diego's deserts, or Julian. Established in 1977. Since it's founding, D'Carlos #1 goal has been to provide outstanding food and service to its customers. Because of this, we have become the local favorite. Business owner information Lin C. Business Owner Lin is the wife of the late founder Carl. After selling the restaurant in 2005 Lin went into a short retirement, but at the request of her former employees and customers Lin repurchased the restaurant in February of 2010 and, with the help of staff members who have been there for over 20 years, is delivering D'Carlos customers the quality and service that D'Carlos is known for.
