Long time customer of 30 years (Mike Corvo, Jr) and son of Edison Park’s famous Don Juan’s Restaurant (Jake Concannon) partnered in 2020 to introduce Don Juan’s Cantina to their hometown of Park Ridge, IL. Don Juan’s Cantina is a fresh new take on a tried and true restaurant. We carry on Maria’s legacy by offering the most authentic Mexican food in the area combined with an open air, brand new space.
