Established in 1988. El Gallo Giro opened its doors in 1988 with the inauguration of its first Restaurant, Bakery & Tortillería in Santa Ana, California. At El Gallo Giro we recreate the liveness and folkloric atmosphere of a Mexican marketplace combined with the warmth and the love of Mexican home-cooking. Throughout the years we continue to grow thanks to the loyalty of our customers and the growth of the Hispanic community in California. Today we proudly serve our clientele in 8 different locations throughout Southern California in the greater Los Angeles Area
