Encuentro Cafe former by The Congress Cafe is located just outside of Old Town Park. We brought to San Diego the wonderful experience of a Venezuelan Bistro with the versatile Arepas and the delicious Cachapas as wells as the best coffee in Old Town. Established in 2011. Encuentro Cafe is located just 2 blocks South of Old Town trolley station across from Old Town San Diego State Park.
