In 1993, Frank Carlisle had a vision to offer unique Italian dishes with a Cajun flair. He quickly acquired a steady clientele who were intrigued by the blend of flavors and family atmosphere. By 1999 Frank, who had been in the restaurant business for over twenty years, decided to retire, leaving Frankie's in the capable hands of Lionel Brambila.
