Greystoke Grill Restaurant has been serving up new spins on old favorites to the fine people of Tarzana, CA for nearly twenty years. Whether you're coming in for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, we have exactly what you need: a hot, delicious meal served with a smile. From burgers & hot dogs, to waffles & omelettes, to soups, salads, and sandwiches, there truly is something for everyone at Greystoke Grill! Established in 2012. Manuel Carmona, the new owner, has been the cook here for 20 years. He has continued the same quality and consistency of the previous owners but has added a new and updated fare as well as a "facelift" to the restaurant itself. Greystoke was "Tarzan's" family name and since Tarzana is the home of his creator, thus, Greystoke Grill. Business owner information Manuel C. Business Owner Manny has been the kitchen manager/cook here for 20 years.  His dedication is outstanding.  Since he has become the owner, he has kept the consistency and quality to a higher level wh
