Chicagoland's Value Craft Roaster Located in the heart of Edgewater, Chicago. We provide fresh, locally roasted, coffee to offices, restaurants, and direct to consumers. Since we are mainly a coffee roastery - Happy Monday Coffee Roasters only opens during the weekend offering coffee-based drinks, cold brew, and a lineup of lattes and specials featured at our retail location Drink Happy Thoughts in the Uptown neighborhood.
