Katsu Bar's menu was curated in collaboration with a professional chef that helped create a custom breadcrumb infused with gourmet rosemary salt that not only elevates the taste of the katsu, but minimizes oil absorption for a healthier eating experience. Each katsu is meticoulously hand-breaded and cooked, ensuring each bite delivers a crispy, golden exterior paired with tender, juicy goodness within. ‍ Katsu Bar has a variety of other options that can have katsu added to them, such as Korean rice cakes or better known as tteokbokki, curry dishes, and udon. Our menu offers a delightful range of options to cater to every palate.
