We believe that the experience of eating hand rolls is truly something special and worthy of its own restaurant, so we created KazuNori -- The Original Hand Roll Bar. '´'Ñ'ĆAt KazuNori, our commitment to quality is unwavering, just as it is at SUGARFISH. We serve only the freshest fish, along with specially harvested seaweed, housemade sauces, and our signature warm rice. Established in 2016. Named after celebrated sushi chef Kazunori Nozawa who introduced the cylindrical-style hand roll to the United States over 40 years ago, KazuNori opened in 2014 and is the first restaurant of its kind. We think that eating one of our just-made hand rolls, with its crispy nori, warm rice, and delectable ingredients, will redefine what you think about sushi.
