Ken's Diner has been known for our Burgers, Italian Beef on Garlic Bread, Popcorn Chicken and Home made Soups and Chili. Established in 1976. Ken's Diner was established in April of 1976 as "Kosher City" In 1981 it converted from a grocery and deli to a 1950's Diner Business owner information Ken H. Business Owner Ken started out in Business as a kid working for Mr. Rickey's deli on Skokie Blvd. back in 1968. Rich Melmon of "Let us Entertain you" was his manager. The love of the food industries stayed with Ken through High School and College.
