Bruce, the founder of R&B Tea, came to Suzhou, China in 2005. At that time, he was working in the IT industry. The heavy work load and high pressure constantly made Bruce think of and crave for delicious food and different beverages, especially the tea from his homeland, Taiwan. Despite going places and trying different types that were available, his cravings weren't satisfied because it was hard to find good quality milk tea in Suzhou then. Seeing this gap in the market led Bruce to identify an opportunity where he made a life-changing decision. Bruce decided to start a business by himself, offering various tea bever
