Welcome to the next generation - fusion cocktail mixology Bar located in the heart of Chula Vista. Offering savory, sweet, tart, boozy, and fruity cocktails along with fresh zesty appetizers, plates to share, as well as homestyle eatery comfort foods. Fresh items straight from the local sea and local California lands. Try tantalizing sea appetizers like the fresh local oysters on the half shell and our boom boom shrimp that is sweet, spicy, and citrusy. Shake & Muddle is excited to announce every 90 days we will be taking a trip around the world, first stop “A Taste of the Philippines” – travel with us through different cultures tasting new eatery items allowing you to find a little something for everyone! Join us for Happy Hour Tuesday to Friday from 4pm to 6pm enjoy watching sports on the overhead TV monitors, relax on the covered patio by the fire pit tables or get cozy on the outdoor heated uncovered patio.
