Spicy Sugar Thai Mid-City aims to be the best darn Thai joint in town! Offering up delicious & traditional Thai food and drink to our community. Chef Katt is a talented and focused artist bringing fresh and unique ingredients to each and every homemade dish. If you love Thai food, if you crave the heat and spice of the streets of Bangkok and villages of Isan, Spicy Sugar Thai Mid-City is your spot! Established in 2023. It all started because Chef Katt was busy cooking for her celebrity clients and she was getting attention for her amazing food. Constantly being asked "when are you going to open a restaurant?" After years of this question, we found ourselves faced with a rare opportunity to take over an existing Thai Cafe in Long Beach. Now after much success in the LBC, we opens Mid-City to share our authentic flavors to our friends and family closer to home. It is our pleasure to see and feed you soon!
