Business Owner A veteran in Thai Culinary Art; she began her journey from a simple hotel chef job that blossomed into what Sri Siam Cafe is today. Starting out as Thai Chef Specialist at Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok she was one of the chosen few to travel the world to serve Thai food in different branches.  Today, she is lucky enough to continue her ambition and serve a diverse crowd here at her restaurant.
