At TAVA we use traditional recipes that have been handed down through generations with a warm modern twist. All of our ingredients are carefully handpicked from various parts of India to bring our customers an authentic experience. We emphasize naturally raised and grown ingredients and our food is never frozen. Dishes are always freshly cooked to order, using only the freshest ingredients and heart-healthy oil (extra-virgin olive and canola). The menu offers a large selection of mouthwatering chicken, lamb, seafood, vegetarian, vegan and organic dishes. Gluten free options are available as well.
