At our family restaurant, our regulars often asked us: "why is this pad thai different?" The answer, in short: it depends on the region the chef is from and what their family recipe is. Different parts of Thailand use different ingredients, this reflects in every family's recipe. It's one thing to explain all of this at the register. It's something else entirely when you are able to taste the differences for yourself. And this is why we love our Pad Thai Stand.
