In addition to Toni's famous desserts, Toni serves breakfast, snacks and lunch. Come in, take out, or have your event catered! Established in 1994. Toni opened in 1994 after owner Toni Marie Cox, a pastry chef who perfected her craft as executive pastry chef at Chicago's Mayfair Regent Hotel and Ciel Bleu, returned from a three-year tour of bakery duty in France. Business owner information Toni C. Business Owner Toni Marie Cox honed her artistic and delicious skills as Executive Pastry Chef of Chicago's Mayfair Regent Hotel and Ciel Bleu. Disney sought her talents to open The Disneyland Hotel, outside of Paris. After three years in France, Toni returned and began to supply the Hinsdale area with her fabulous treats. Her experience, style, and artistry are evident in the jewel- like pastries created.
