Wake & Late is a chef-inspired, fine-casual breakfast restaurant featuring build-your-own breakfast burritos made from scratch. We use a "co-created", assembly line format in our kitchen that lets guests customize one of our signature breakfast burritos or create their own, choosing from a wide selection of fresh, artisanal add-ons--most included for no extra charge! We take great pride in what we do and use high-quality ingredients and chef-inspired recipes so that you not only enjoy the flavor of our food, but you feel great afterwards! It gives us immense pleasure whenever we hear how much someone loves our food. We also believe restaurants are meant to serve a greater purpose in peoples' lives. For our guests, we want to instill love, gratitude, and positive energy into their lives. Our goal when interacting with customers is to always make them feel better than before they came by.
