So so so glad Kobuta and Ookami opened a location in Redmond 🤩 I’m celebrating w/ all the Eastsiders 🥳 They literally serve the best katsu in Seattle!!! We’ve tried the katsu curry, katsu nabe, and mozzarella katsu - all SO good 😍
