📍Silverlake Ramen, Totem Lake WA🍜 My friends and I meet up here every time we are all back in town from college since it’s so close and so good. I always get the classic ramen which has a very rich and creamy but not too salty tonkatsu broth. The chashu pork slice is pretty thick but tender. The interior is modern, hip, and clean with nice service. Definitely a good ramen spot on the east side of Seattle.
