Extensive Menu Plus a Breakfast Buffet in the morning and a Soup, Salad, Taco and Frozen Yogurt bar for lunch and Dinner. Gourmet omelets, Smash Burgers, Icelandic Cod Fish Fry on Fridays & Saturdays. Serve Beer & Wine. Established in 1983. In 1983 this was a Bob's Big Boy we left the Big Boy chain in 1987 and became JB's Family Restaurant. In 1994 Don & Nancy bought the JB's and ran it for 20 years. They decided to become an independent restaurant and October 5th 2014 they opened the Prescott Junction Restaurant. In October 2019 the Burtons retired and Jim & Kelley Cabral purchased Prescott Junction. Business owner information Jim C. Business Owner Jim Cabral and his wife Kelley have been in the restaurant business for a collective of over 50 years!  Jim’s passion for bringing a good meal at a good price shows at each of his restaurants.  They run their family owned businesses and are proud to have their children also active in each store.
