Chef Jay Fernell's lifelong love of cooking started in the kitchen where his grandmother prepared authentic southern meals with spices that make the best of Crawfish Étouffée, Jambalaya, Shrimp and Grits, cast iron Cornbread and everything in between.In 2020 when his desire to share his passion with others hit a critical point, he took the leap of faith and opened his first pop up kitchen where he served eager parties of 2-4 people.
