Good food at reasonable prices and service with a smile. Some of our most popular menu items are the Greek Salad with Chicken, Mediterranean Plate, Powerhouse Pesto Panino, and Tahini Chicken Wrap. Established in 1983. We are the classic Mom n Pop restaurant. My husband Greg and I (Rita) opened Bianca's Deli, now Bianca's Deli & Café, in 1983, at 1508 N. Vermont. Greg had found this original location for a restaurant during a weekend trip to the Southland. After the Metrolink station on the corner of Vermont and Sunset was to be built, we were forced to move locations one block south and had to build our restaurant all over again. It is at 1307 N. Vermont that we have spent the past 20 years continuing to serve our community and surrounding areas where so many of our customers have become a part of our extended family.
