We are a small family owned and operated business. We support local and are always looking for the best quality ingredients to make in our kitchen with love to serve you. Bringing flavors and experiences from around the world to your table, we love sharing what makes our bellies happy. Established in 2004. The Forum Cafe was previously owned by Chef Carmello and his wife, Oli, who retired in 2021 after a successful 17 year run and passed on the recipes to keep traditions going. After two years the woman who took over has decided she missed the accounting world and decided to let go of her restrauteur dreams and that's where we come in. With worldwide experience and tastes, we are so very excited to present to you myself, Michelle, my fiance' Sasa (pronounced Sasha), and the chef who is my mom, Melissa!
