Established in 2007. Juan Jaime's was born on July 1, 2007 by it's two founding partners. John James and Adam Dahlberg. John brought over 20 years of extensive travel to Mexico and a strong business background. Adam had extensive bar experience and together they formed what was to become Juan Jaime's Tacos and Tequila. John had traveled to Mexico since moving to Ariozona in 1988 to finish college. He traveled so much that his friends started calling him Juan Jaime instead of John James. The name stuck an
