The phrase "las brasas" means "the embers" -- or in our case, a spark of inspiration. At Las Brasas, we're igniting a passion for fine flavors and good times here on the Decatur restaurant scene. Our one-of-a-kind approach to Peruvian food and drink transforms a simple meal into an exploration of South American tastes. Our focus is on authenticity and high quality, and we apply that focus to everything from our hardwood charcoal-grilled local meats to our traditional South American cocktails. The result? Though Las Brasas has been open since 1991, we've recently been undergoing a few changes to better serve our wonderful community. Specifically, we've evolved from a food truck and delivery business to a full-service restaurant.
