Unlike other noodles, soba is particularly delicate, especially in terms of its aroma and texture. The soba we serve is made from 100% buckwheat flour (juwari soba), which is very fragile, and its true flavor may not be fully appreciated in a takeout setting. Additionally, our tempura and other dishes are carefully prepared and are best enjoyed fresh, so we prioritize serving them inside the restaurant.
